Cooking & Recipes: Can anyone give me a really superb Recipe for cooking a kettle of Mandarin Chicken?
You know, the kind that has the red cooking wine in it? I want to cook up a nice kettle of this stuff, but I need someone to help me out as I cannot find a decent recipe anywhere. What sort of spices & vegetables to use to give it the perfect flavor? I know that I’m supposed to use black olives, zucchini, and basil, but what else should go into it?
