Using Your Whipped Cream Dispenser—In Five Easy Steps
Anyone who loves eating Desserts, chocolates and drinking coffee also enjoys the fluffy and creamy goodness of a whipped cream. As many people would put it, It is like the ‘cherry on top’ of a dessert or even caffeinated beverages. Because it is to die for, anyone will surely be delighted if they can make one at home. Well, here is the good news: you actually can! Don’t look so surprised. Making a whipped cream is not exactly mind-boggling activity. In fact, you will only need one kitchen gadget:
whipped cream dispenser
.
Aside from allowing you to make your all-time favourite whipped cream, it also helps you in making whipped cream of different flavours—even, your very own flavour. With this, you can actually experiment different kinds of flavours by mixing whatever ingredient you want to try and taste for yourself if it will go well with your dessert.
Another good thing about is that, it helps you save money since you do not have to spend a lot of cash buying a commercially-made whipped cream every time you crave for some. It also helps save a lot of time and energy because you do not have to manually mix every ingredient. And let’s not forget that it is also less messy.
Here are five simple steps on how to use your
cream dispenser
:
Step1. Before using it, you must first clean the dispenser. The various parts of your dispenser include bottle, piping tip, gas cartridge, and screw of headpiece. These parts should be thoroughly cleaned. You can do this by rinsing it under running water then use a towel to dry it off.
Step2. Put in a new gas cartridge. Remove the detachable portion (cartridge node) found at the top of the dispenser. After that, insert the new gas cartridge on the part that you have removed. After that, put the cartridge holder on the gas cartridge. It is easy to identify which the holder is since it is the largest part that is found in the opposite of the handle. And once you put it in the cartridge, it will fit perfectly. Every time you will make a cream, this cartridge should be replaced because the gas that it contains is only enough to make a litre of whipped cream. These cartridges are easily available on bakeries.
Step3. Pour the whipping cream in the bottle. The usual amount of the whipping cream is around one pint. After that, add in two tbsp confectioner’s sugar. Then it is time to add your chosen flavouring. Some of the usual flavourings added are almond and vanilla extract.
Step4. Close the lid. It is essential that the lid is tightly sealed. Also, you have to attach the following: piping tip to handle and gas cartridge to the screw hole.
Step5. Shake well. In order to let the cream and sugar to blend well, you must briskly shake it for a minute or two.
And now, you’re done. To release the whipped cream, Put the dispenser in a vertical position and then gently squeeze the handle.

Now, in this outstanding collection, the superstar chef returns to his first love, the food that made him famous–desserts. Here are mouthwatering, foolproof recipes for American favorites such as pecan pie and pound cake; Richard’s personal inventions, such as Floating Islands with Melted Chocolate Morsels and the "coffee cloud"; reinvented French classics, such as profiteroles and the Christmas log ("bUche de NoEl"); fruit favorites, including tarts and Pavlovas; and, of course, plenty of cookies. Going beyond traditional cookbooks, "Sweet Magic" shares Richard’s insights into the thinking and craft behind every aspect of dessert, with brief essays that explore, explain, and entice–highlighted by the chef’s own playful illustrations. Gale Gand’s Just a Bite: 125 Luscious Little Desserts $3.83 Sweets. As kids, we could never get enough, and anything sugary, gooey, and good was gratefully devoured. As adults, we give a polite "no thank you" when a dessert tray passes by, or take but a sliver of cake if offered, showing restraint that would make any ten-year-old incredulous. Well, that’s not fair. Why should kids get all the fun? Now, adults can have the best of both worlds. Gale Gand’s Just a Bite is equal parts kitchen-table, kid-giggling joy and uptown, grown-up chic. Award-winning pastry chef Gale Gand has collected the recipes from her Food Network show Sweet Dreams and renowned restaurant Tru into a book that is as charming and accessible as the author herself. Pure Chocolate: Divine Desserts and Sweets from the Creator of Fran’s Chocolates $25.98 "The most stylish, approachable, and mouth-watering chocolate cookbook ever, from award-winning chocolatier Fran Bigelow" In 1982, Fran Bigelow proudly opened the doors to Fran’s Chocolates, a boutique storefront styled after European chocolate salons, where she could showcase the pure flavors of the exquisite confections she had spent years perfecting. Chocolate lovers in Seattle immediately beat a path to Madison Street to taste desserts as wonderful as anything in Paris or Belgium. Over the past two decades, Fran Bigelow has grown into a world-class chocolatier, operating two elegant shops that enjoy cult status in Seattle and beyond, by way of her mail-order and Internet business. Now, in her debut cookbook, Fran reveals the magic behind her addictive creations: how she manipulates a few ingredients–butter, cream, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and nuts–to create sublime textures and highlight pure flavors in her elegant modern desserts. The seventy-five recipes included here range from extravagant celebration cakes and holiday specialties (White Chocolate Torte or Souffled Chocolate Mocha Roll); to European style fruit and nut tarts (Chocolate Cherry Tart or Milk Chocolate Creme Fraiche Tart), souffles, cheesecakes (White Chocolate Brie Cheesecake, a Fran specialty), homemade ice creams (Dark Chocolate and Ginger Bombe), and extraordinary renditions of American classics, including brownies, chocolate cookies, the ultimate hot fudge sauce, and a chocolate milkshake that will instantly transport you back to childhood. Fran also tells you everything you need to know about chocolate, from the different styles of chocolate-making employed in Europe, South America, and the U.S. (and how each result in different flavors), to deciphering labels (which ingredients enhance meltability, for example), and how the amount of cocoa in different brands and styles of chocolate influences the final taste of a dessert. You will learn how to taste a truffle–preferably in two bites–and the language of chocolate "signs," the squiggles atop candies. Recipes for some of Fran’s award-winning confections are also included here: chocolate cherries and nut clusters; chocolate stuffed fruits; easy cocoa-dusted truffles; and more ambitious dipped truffles featuring liqueurs, coffee, vanilla, and other chocolate-friendly ingredients; and chocolate fondue, a perfect party dessert for children and adults alike. Whether you are a cocoa connoisseur or devotee of the cacao bean with cravings that won’t quit, "Pure Chocolate" is a must-have for any chocolate aficionado. |

Then, as Bergin shows us, you can vary these basics to produce such wonders as Austrian Chocolate Cake, Lemon Buttermilk Cake, White Chocolate Rum Raisin Cheesecake, Apricot Rolls, Peach and Berry Cobbler, Apple Pear Tarte Tatin, Fresh Cherry Lattice Tart, and many, many more. The unique ability of Mary Bergin and Judy Gethers, Wolfgang Puck’s longtime collaborator, to break down even the most complex recipes into simple basics makes this book perfect not only for seasoned bakers, but also for enterprising novices. For those who wish to indulge less sinfully, the authors have also included a few superb fat-free recipes, such as Grapefruit Vodka Sorbet and Strawberries in Port Wine. Food fads and trendy diets may come and go, but your family doctor can tell you that you will never go wrong eating a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and legumes. We all know that we’re supposed to be eating several servings of each of these foods every day. But you might not know that we’re also supposed to be eating as many different colors of fruit and vegetable as possible. The naturally occurring pigments that give vibrant colors to fruits and vegetables also offer an array of unique health benefits, boosting your immune system and fighting common diseases and conditions as you age. These pigments and other plant compounds — known as antioxidants and phytochemicals — work in tandem with vitamins, minerals, and fiber to keep our bodies strong and well. The amazing benefits of colorful foods, whole grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts are being studied in labs across the country and touted by government experts on nutrition. But all the good advice in the world won’t help you put a healthy dinner on the table. The books of the New Healthy Kitchen series — "Starters, Main Dishes, and Desserts" — will do just that. The 60 recipes in these pages, grouped by the color of a key ingredient, offer dozens of appealing and easy ways to bring a rainbow of fruits, vegetables, and grains into your daily meals. Even better, 24 "Fresh Ideas" suggest simple ways of enjoying fresh produce as an impromptu dessert. With "New Healthy Kitchen Desserts, " eating right won’t be a sacrifice or a chore. In these books, healthy food means good food, simply prepared and a pleasure to eat. |
