What are some quick/easy Recipes for lunch and dinner?

I need a few recipes that wont take long to make and are easy.
I’m 15 years old and my mom is really stressed out.
So I’m going to surprise her and make lunch or dinner for the next few days.
BUT, we’re running low on money so we don’t have much food.
We don’t have everything so I need recipes that don’t use a lot of ingredients. Please help! Thanks!

If you have potatoes, celery, carrot, cabbage, some flour and olive oil, you can prepare a great soup. Just cut the veggies into cubes, boil them in water with some salt. In another pot, heat the oil and add the flour and cook a bit(to prevent the smell of flour in your soup) then add the veggies with their water, do not spill that water since it is the most nutritious part. And cook. If the water does not seem to be enough, boil some more water and add it to the mixture. Never put cold water in dishes while cooking.
You can dress your soup with some parsley leaves. Then, enjoy! It is a great soup which we usually eat in winter, and it is quite easy to make. I guess you won’t have difficulties. Good luck!
