Hey guys. I need a spanish dessert Recipe for tomorrow. It needs to easy to make and taste good. It can’t have any type of nuts or wine. What to make????

FLAN! So simple and easy and delicious!!! :D

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Blend until smooth in a blender.

Preheat oven to 350

Put 1 tablespoon caramel to coat the bottom of whatever pan you’re using. I usually make this in 12 ramekins. But I have made it in 2 bread loaf pans before. the caramel is important. Sometimes my mom would use maple syrup, which I didn’t love, but you can also use dark Karo syrup. I make my own caramel… whatever you want to do. ANYWAY! distribute the mixture evenly between pans. Set pans or ramekins on a cookie sheet, place in the oven, add water to the pan, being careful not to get any in the custards! Let bake for 45 minutes. To test, shake the pan, if it moves like set Jello, you’re done. If it still seems watery, let bake for 15 minute intervals, shaking to test, remove when done. Let cool at room temperature then refrigerate over night! Yummy!!! :D
